Obituary For Timothy Jon Roelfsema

Timothy J. Roelfsema, age 63 of LeRoy (formerly of Falmouth) passed away on February 10, 2023 at Reed City Fields Assisted Living. He was born April 25, 1959 in Grand Rapids to Garrett and Irene (Jonker) Roelfsema.

Tim enjoyed reading, drinking coffee and tinkering with small engines.

He is survived by his parents; daughters Katie (Brent) Deller, Emily (Loren) Tiffany, and Hannah (Loren) Thomas; grandchildren Eleanor and Reuben Deller, Grace Thomas, and Lillian Tiffany; and his siblings Beth (Rick) Ector, Sara (Rich) Gates, and Steve (Norma) Roelfsema.

The family wishes to thank Papa’s Place In-Home Care, Reed City Fields Assisted Living and Munson Hospice for the care they provided.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 18 at 3:00 p.m. at Burkholder Family Funeral Home in McBain. Visitation will be at 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Papa’s Place In-Home Care. The family is being served by the Burkholder Family Funeral Home of McBain. I went to school with Tim and we used to reuse dirt bikes together in Jr High. I was shocked and saddened to find out about his death. His family is in my prayers.
