Mary Ann Swett (Beebe, Leckrone) age 80 of McBain and formerly of Manistee, passed away in her sleep at Autumnwood of McBain on May 25, 2024. She was born on December 13, 1943 in Manistee to Steven and Anna (Daunis) Beebe. Mary was raised by Ervin and Anna (Daunis) Maresch. Mary graduated from Luther Schools then married Eldon (Skeet) Leckrone and raised seven amazing children.

Mary worked at Manistee Heights Care Center for 25 yrs. as a CNA. In life changes she was married to Frank Swett they loved to go fishing, traveling and dancing, (the polka was her favorite). Now her and Frank are both dancing away in heaven (as he is preceded in her death. ) Mary loved to be in her flower gardens (always talked about someday working in a flower shop) , she even made her back yard nothing but flower gardens. She loved spending time with her family and friends and always was ready throw a party for anyone. She never missed a chance to play Bingo as well!! She always made friend no matter where she was at. She was loved and always will be by her family and friends. She will hold a special place in ALL their hearts!! And missed by so many!! Mary is survived by her children; Connie (Steve) Beattie, Carol (Rick) Leckrone, Suzanne (Michael) Escobar, Wayne (Jocelyn) Leckrone, Theresa Hauserman, Linda (David) Stieg, Patty (Joe) Lonsbury, stepchildren; Shawn Swett, Bryan Swett, and Melanie Swett, multiple grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her grandparents Frank and Mary Maresch, parents; Steven Beebe, Ervin and Anna Maresch. Sister; Beverly Ann Daunis, Brothers; Joseph Daunis, Donald Beebe, and Richard Beebe.
