Lynne Renee Carroll age 62 passed away on August 8, 2024 in a house fire at her home in Marion. Lynne was born on October 21, 1961 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Richard and Carmen (Proffit) Ritchison. She married Billy Dale Carroll on December 8, 1979 in Superior, Wyoming.

Lynne had worked ten years for McQuestion’s Contractors and for Autumnwood in McBain for 10 years. She was a member of the Marion Fraternal Order of Eagles #4087. She enjoyed camping and camp fires, going for pontoon boat rides, and flower and vegetable gardening.

She is survived by her husband; Billy Dale Carroll of Marion, children; Amber (Tony) VanAssche of Howell and Billy Jr. (Tiffany) Carroll of Gowen, grandchildren; Matthew Carroll and Jackson Carroll both of Gowen, mother; Carmen Ritchison of Winter Haven, FL, siblings; Cindy (Andy) Anderson of Lake Alfred, FL and Rick (Cindy) Ritchison both of Florida, and David Ritchison of Iowa, in-laws; Dick (Dorothy) Carroll and Christine (Kenny) Nielson both of Missouri, and Donald (Peggy) Carroll of Marion, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father; Richard Ritchison and brother; Kevin Ritchison.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Marion Eagles #4087 on Sunday, September 1, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Munson Hospital Cancer Unit.
