Jodi Lynn (Heintz) Mosher- Jodi entered her Heavenly home on October 25, 2025, at the age of 55, in the presence of her family after a courageous 10-month long battle with cancer.
Jodi was born in Rugby, ND on May 15, 1970 to Charles and Darlene (Jundt) Heintz. They lived in Devils Lake, ND with her younger sister, Felicia, and brother, Chris, until they moved to Monroe, WA when she was 14 years old. She graduated from Monroe Highschool and began working various jobs. Later she became an aunt to her nephew Tyler and again to her niece Carley whom she loved dearly. In 1997, she met the love of her life, Karl Mosher, and a year later, on October 3, 1998 they were united in marriage at the Blue Boy Golf Course. After welcoming their two children, Kalli and Jordon, they moved their family to McBain, MI, where they raised their family and built their lives together for the remainder of her life. She later embraced Kalli’s husband, Andrew, and Jordon’s wife, Lydia, truly as one of her own. In June of 2024, Jodi became “Grammy” for the first time to Sydney Lynn Fick and this was one of her greatest joys. Her legacy will live on as she handed down to Sydney her infectious joy, generous heart, and fun-loving personality.
In 2006 they started and ran their own business in McBain, Circle M Welding, and blessed the local community as the business slogan states, “here to serve”. And that is what she did. As the years went on, Jodi always dedicated herself to selflessly loving those around her through volunteering at the school and church, creating community through her scrapbooking crop, “Jodi’s Creative Days”, and being her family and friends’ constant companion and greatest cheerleader.
Jodi’s life revolved around her family, and she ensured that they are loved and well taken care of. She had a fierce, yet gentle love that was constant through every season. She spent hours with them in conversation detailing the joy and newness of every day. She challenged them to always find the positive and be the light in the world. She was the first to celebrate and encourage her children as they stepped through each new phase of life, but also to remind them to not borrow trouble or hold onto worries when hardship came. She loved all her animals deeply as part of the family. One of her favorite ways to experience God’s creation was on horseback with her dogs following behind. Everywhere she went, her dogs would tag along as faithful companions.
Jodi had the gift of creating beautiful things. This included painting, drawing, crocheting, scrapbooking, cardmaking, and quilting. Her purpose was to share a piece of her heart through blessing others. This was done through sharing a piece of the creativity that stemmed from her child-like wonder. “Don’t overthink, it’s supposed to be fun” she would always say, as she took on a new project head-on.
