Obituary For Agnes Carolyn Euwema

Agnes Carolyn (Kuipers) Euwema passed away December 16, 2023 at Quiet Creek in Falmouth at the age of 89. She was born 9th out of 10 children to Abram and Nellie (Riemersma) Kuipers. She married Richard Euwema on June 16, 1955 at Cutlerville CRC.

They lived in Grand Rapids for 6 months and returned to Euwema farm after the death of Rich’s father and farmed together for many years. Agnes worked part time at Ebels Store for 30 years and worked at Friend’s Ministry for 10 years after her retirement. They were blessed with 60 years of marriage and Rich preceded her in death in 2015. Agnes was a lifelong member of the Vogel Center CRC. She loved her God, her family, and her friends, she never met a person she didn’t consider a friend. There was always a pot of coffee on and cookies on the counter for anyone who stop by. My deepest sympathy to Aggie's family. I remember how much she enjoyed picking huckleberries with David. After David's passing, I saw her at Quiet Creek. She didn't really remember me but remembered David and said some kind words/thoughts. I never forgot that. During my saddest moments following David's passing, she brought some brightness to my world. I will always remember Aggie; a very sweet lady indeed. Ingrid Herweyer 12-16-2023
