Larry Dean Heuker

Larry Dean Heuker age 66 of McBain, passed away at his home on Monday, Dec. 18, 2017. He was born on August 25, 1951 in Cadillac to Harm & Norma (Veddler) Heuker. He was a member of the Lucas Rehoboth Reformed Church. He was a valuable member of the Buckley Steam Show and was an avid collector of Farmhall tractors. He farmed all his working years and enjoyed hunting and going to Kelly’s Resturant in McBain to eat and visit with his friends. He is survived by his siblings, Violet Hillard of Marion and Allen (Dawn) Heuker of McBain. Also surviving is his brother in law, Dave Meekhof of Marion. Several nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews also survive, Michael Heuker (Jadyn Heuker), Jamie (Shane) Sake (Maddison and Gatlin Sake), Corey (Kari) Hillard (Paslie and Rexton Hillard), Amy Meekhof (Christopher Meekhof), Julie Meekhof, Katie Meekhof, and Matthew Meekhof, Aryn (Ted) Oliver and Thomas Heuker. Many uncles, aunts, and cousins also are surviving. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Crystal Meekhof. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 27, at 11:00 A.M. at the Lucas Rehoboth Reformed Church with Rev. Rod Kamrath officiating. Burial will take place in the Mount View Cemetery at McBain. Visitation will be at the church from 10:00 A.M. until time of the service. A luncheon will follow at the church.
